With over 90% of the machining, and 100% of the assembly and testing performed under one roof, FASS has been able to maintain the highest quality standards in the industry. All FASS systems undergo over 20 vigorous tests before being shipped to insure quality and performance.

With an on-site R&D department working to continually exceed your expectations, FASS uses one of the highest grades of Aircraft Quality Billet 6061 T-6 Aluminum, as a major component along with motor specific brushes in their electric motors to maintain the same high quality standard and increase the overall life of their units. Due to the brute size of their motor armatures, they are able to achieve superior levels of stall torque. This increased amount of stall torque insures extreme cold weather starts by flowing gelling fuel.

Their pumps typically last at least 700,000+ miles and this confidence in their product is evident in their warranty — Offering warranties from 4 years on semi’s up to a lifetime warranty on pickup’s applications!
