Parley’s Diesel Performance offers free shipping on orders over $100 to customers in the lower 48 states. We ship with several different carriers and reserve the right to ship with the carrier that will get the product to you quickly and for the best price.
For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, we do our best to pass on the lowest shipping prices possible. In many cases, however, free shipping does not apply. You can determine if there is an additional shipping charge on your order to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada during the checkout process.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We stock the majority of the products we sell, but if an order needs to be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or is on back-order, ship time can range from 2-7 days or more. In the event your product is on back-order or needs to be shipped from the manufacturer, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
Due to the nature of the products we sell at ParleysDieselPerformance.com we automatically ship all orders with a signature required. By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you are responsible to make arrangements with the shipping company to receive your product. If the package is refused at the door or you aren’t able to make arrangements to receive the product and the item is sent back to our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee will apply. If you don’t want a signature required, please include a comment telling us with your order. However, if you choose this option please understand that if the delivery service has had a problem with theft in your area they may still not leave the package without a signature, and all responsibility for delivery of the product is removed from Parley’s Diesel Performance.
For International customers outside of Canada, please email us at Customer Support with a list of the parts you would like to order and the complete address you want the parts shipped to. We will then email you back with a quote to include shipping to your desired address.
Refused or returned shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee.
