Savvy turbo diesel owners know that propane, when properly used, keeps their engine cleaner with less carbon buildup and cleaner oil. Running propane on your truck gives longer engine life, better fuel economy, and significantly more power. Propane is a higher octane fuel; higher octane fuels burn longer and slower, therefore it helps diesel burn thoroughly. Since diesel engines only burn approximately seventy five percent of their fuel, adding propane will enable the engine to burn one hundred percent of its fuel. This means no carbon build up and cleaner oil is obtained.

The TS Performance Power propane system is a 100hp system that operates off a vacuum draw. You can expect your torque to increase as much or more than horsepower. This propane system is nonadjustable which eliminates guesswork and over-fueling. The vacuum draw operation will release the necessary amount of propane that your engine can safely utilize.

For added safety, this propane system’s regulator contains a vaporizer which will not allow liquid to flow into your system. This process eliminates the chance of a liquid surge which in turn can cause serious engine damage. The TS Performance kit comes with high quality brass fittings and OEM rubber hoses.

This system does not come with a tank, so be sure to order one separately that will suit your needs. A good rule of thumb for the size and type of tank you will need is to get a tank that is at least 25% of your diesel fuel capacity. If you have access to one, you can also use a fork lift tank with a liquid feed. To make filling your tank easier, don’t forget to order the Remote Fill Kit. The Remote Propane Kit allows easy fill of the propane tank no matter where your propane tank is installed on your diesel.

Installation time for this kit is only 2-4 hours. A complete step by step instruction manual accompanies all systems. This manual contains descriptive photographs to help aid in the installation process.
