Product Description

Sinister Diesel manufactures their EGR and Cooler Delete Kits in the US to maintain quality control, and the results are evident as they have grown to become a household name in the diesel performance community over the past few years. This Sinster Diesel kit really cleans up your engine compartment and comes complete with the EGR cooler delete kit and the high flow intake elbow which deletes the EGR valve. The high flow intake elbow is o-ringed to ensure a positive seal onto the intake manifold.

Key Features

  • Completely removes EGR valve and factory intake elbow
  • Coolant tempatures run cooler because they are not running thru EGR Cooler
  • Hot exhaust gasses are not being re-routed back into the motor
  • CNC Machined Billet Aluminum and Stainless Steel
  • Completely Replaces EGR System, No Other Parts Required
  • Includes Detailed Installation Instructions
  • Quicker turbo spool up
  • Eliminates blown EGR Cooler issues

To use this leak-proof kit, you will need to run a race programmer like those from H&S Performance or SCT that has the ability to disable the EGR system. If you install this kit without a race tuner, you will get a check engine light. Installation of this kit is estimated to take about four hours, and does not require removal of the cab. All of the egr components are easily accessible with the cab in place.

Please Note: EGR Deletes can delete vehicle OEM emissions control equipment and are for competition use only. Competition only parts are any that could adversely affect the emissions of a vehicle. These parts have not been approved by the EPA or CARB for sale or use on emissions-controlled vehicles. Competition only parts may be used and installed only on vehicles that are used solely for competition in closed-course racing events. The use of these parts on any emission-controlled vehicle violates state and federal laws and regulations. This includes “dual-use” vehicles that may be used in racing events but that may also be used for non-racing purposes. It also includes “off-road” vehicles, which are now subject to emissions standards. Installing these products on your vehicle may also violate and terminate your manufacturer’s vehicle factory warranty.
