Tuning of the ECM requires the removal and shipment of the ECM to Heavy Diesel Tuner's location in Tennessee. Once they have your ECM, turnaround time is same-day or next day. Included in the cost of the purchase will be shipping, insurance of the package, ECM and CPC tuning(CPC tuning on 2004-2007 models only), and return shipping.

For 1996-2003 Model Years:

You will need to remove and ship your ECM for reprogramming. Technicians will perform a complete flash tune optimization on your unit and return it ready to install.

For 2004-2007 Model Years:

You will need to remove and ship both the ECM and the CPC Controller (Coordinated Powertrain Controller). This dual-controller system requires synchronized programming for optimal results.
