Obsessed with providing the absolute best conditioned fuel to your diesel engine, FASS Fuel Systems has an entire R&D team developing solutions to the problems that contaminants in diesel fuel wreak upon your truck. Along with Cummins and other diesel industry leaders, they recognize the severity that problems with the fuel supply — including air/vapor in fuel — can cause. From FASS, here is just the short list:

  • Low Horsepower
  • Low Fuel Mileage/Poor Fuel Mileage
  • Excessive Smoke
  • Injector Failure
  • Hard Start or Will Not Start
  • Engine Surges at Low Idle
  • Warm Engine Runs Rough or Misfires in Operating Range
  • Rough Idle
  • Engine Will Not Reach Rated Speed When Loaded

Considering typical No. 2 Diesel Fuel consists of about 10% air, these problems are nothing to sneeze at or to be ignored. In reality, when compounded by dirt and other debris that can be found in a diesel fuel tank, you could be driving your truck towards a diesel engine disaster. FASS Systems address these issues head on by meticulously filtering out such problematic air & vapor — along with these other contaminants in the fuel — before it’s sent to your truck’s injectors. Knowing about these latent dangers lurking in the fuel at the diesel pump, can you really go on feeding it untreated to your truck? We at Parley’s strongly advise against it… and believe a FASS System is the way to go.

FASS is in the business of building extremely High-Quality fuel products. All of their efforts are concentrated in this one area. FASS takes great pride in this specialization and implements rigorous testing procedures for each FASS product so you can share this same pride — that you are running with the Highest-Quality fuel system in the world. Eliminate the Contaminants & Save your InjectorsThink FASS!

Suction Line Notes: Because of the higher fuel flow this system has to offer, you may encounter stock fuel module problems. FASS recommends a Suction Tube Kit(STK-1002) be added when ordering — Especially if your truck has had the retrofitted in-tank pump installed, usually installed by a Dodge Dealer after a fuel lift pump failure, this separate Suction Tube Kit will need to be installed in the fuel tank as the retrofit will not allow fuel to be drawn through!
