This kit includes two FASS BHF-1005 (Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit). Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fittings function as both a suction and return tube. This new and improved version from our previous Suction Tube Kit allows the user to plum their FASS suction and return line directly to their bulkhead fitting which are mounted directly on the fuel tank module, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeds up the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to below 1/8 tank of fuel.

FASS Titanium Signature Series fuel pumps come with all the features for which FASS is known, in a compact package for a smaller profile – without sacrificing any of the power and performance you would expect in a heavy duty diesel fuel lift pump and filtration system. A FASS Titanium pump will give you better throttle response, increased injector life and improved fuel mileage. The FASS Diesel Fuel Sump Kit, part number SK5501, is designed to be used with the FASS Titanium Signature Series Lift Pump. The included larger suction tubes and FASS Fuel Sump Bowl improve diesel fuel delivery for both factory horsepower level trucks as well as trucks with higher volume fuel needs. The Return Style Fuel Tank Sump Kit only needs a single hole to be drilled into your fuel tank. The kit includes a 1/2" NPT return port, allowing you to plumb the FASS return line right to the Fuel Tank Sump. Because the 1/2" NPT suction port is located at the lowest point on the fuel tank, you'll get unrestricted fuel flow to your FASS lift pump.
