Custom Tuning Process Details:

After you order, the individual who will be completing your custom tune file will reach out to you for the needed information. This will include obtaining the stock read of your vehicle files after the HDGT is in your possession. After that you will receive a custom file back that you will load to an SD card that will then be uploaded to your vehicle. The HDGT will come blank, so there's no possibility of accidentally loading a tune onto the truck before obtaining the custom tune file.
