After Banks’ engineers carefully studied the stock intercoolers for the 2003-2004 Ford F250/F350/F450 6.0L Powerstroke trucks & 2005 Excursions, they decided to upgrade everything for superior results. The Techni-Cooler’s core area is 19% thicker giving it a 21% increase in volume — increasing air density for more continuous power. The Techni-Cooler includes and a colossal super-flow High-Ram intake manifold, mandrel-bent 3.5” high-flow boost tubes as well as large, high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks — that will never melt or burst under high-boost conditions.
