Developed in conjunction with turbocharger and engine companies, the Quick-Turbo is Banks’ answer for eliminating sluggishness “out of the hole” and producing strong acceleration. The Quick-Turbo produces massive torque right from idle, and achieves a higher peak faster while maintaining more boost through the powerband — and doesn’t over-boost.
The Quick-Turbo turbine housing is the key element in eliminating sluggish throttle response commonly associated with diesel-engine performance. The Banks Quick-Turbo turbine housing appears only slightly larger than the stock housing, but provides better exhaust flow. Banks high-boost compressor wheels correct boost-level limits in diesels engines without compromising turbo performance.
