  • Complete EGR Delete Kit for 6.7L Powerstroke
  • Replaces EGR System – No Other Parts Required
  • CNC Machined Billet Aluminum and Stainless Steel
  • Includes Detailed Instructions With Pictures

To use this leak-proof kit, you will need to run a race programmer like those from H&S Performance or Spartan that has the ability to disable the EGR system. If you install this kit without a race tuner, you will get a check engine light. Installation time is estimated at 6-8 hours. The blue components are manufactured out of billet aluminum and then anodized “Sinister Blue” to protect the aluminum from corrosion. Every EGR kit Sinister Diesel manufactures comes with their Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Please Note: EGR Deletes can delete vehicle OEM emissions control equipment and are for competition use only. Competition only parts are any that could adversely affect the emissions of a vehicle. These parts have not been approved by the EPA or CARB for sale or use on emissions-controlled vehicles. Competition only parts may be used and installed only on vehicles that are used solely for competition in closed-course racing events. The use of these parts on any emission-controlled vehicle violates state and federal laws and regulations. This includes “dual-use” vehicles that may be used in racing events but that may also be used for non-racing purposes. It also includes “off-road” vehicles, which are now subject to emissions standards. Installing these products on your vehicle may also violate and terminate your manufacturer’s vehicle factory warranty.
