PDI’s Cummins ISX / X15 Aluminum Oil Fill Tube with locking cap was designed to make it easier to pour oil. Instead of messing with the inconvenience of pouring oil over the top of your power steering reservoir, the longer PDI filler neck brings the height of the filler tube up to a higher and more accessible location. The billet cap is great insurance - no longer do you have to hope the plastic cap is sufficient.
