IMPORTANT – The FASS Titanium 165G kit does not include fuel lines or fittings due to the many different configurations of chassis, fuel supply lines and fuel tanks. The correct fuel line kits need to be purchased separately. The vast majority of unmodified Class 8 semi trucks will operate perfectly with this 165 GPH Titanium model. Modified vehicles may require the higher flow rate of the T250G model. Other specific fuel rates are also available. Class 8 semi trucks with stock Caterpillar C16 or stock Cummins ISX Signature 600 engines will require the 250gph flow rate of the T250G model. Class 8 semi trucks with Unit Injected Mechanical (UIM) fuel systems require an additional oil pressure switch (part number 78143) which is included in all Titanium UIM Kits for proper operation. Class 8 FASS systems all require separate fuel line kits for installation.
