Stemming from the original T304 Stainless Steel Aero Exhaust muffler, this muffler is the ultimate muffler for performance & fuel mileage increases. Completely stainless steel — inside & out — Aero Exhaust Turbine Mufflers can be run with NOS without the risk of burn-out, true to their racing circuit heritage. 

The 2540i was designed for any standard diesel or gas vehicle with an end muffler. Will fit any vehicle with an end mounted muffler. Standard 2 1/4” and 2” exhaust pipe systems can easily be adjusted up to 2 1/2” on the inlet and outlet. Like all Aero Exhaust Mufflers, the 2540i is manufactured using the highest quality welded 304 hand-polished stainless steel, inside and out. AT2540i mufflers sound best on turbo cars. If you're considering installing this muffler on a naturally aspirated vehicle please be aware that these are one of the meanest mufflers on the market and will make your vehicle loud!
