The AFE BladeRunner EGR Cooler represents the next generation in EGR Cooler design. The BladeRunner EGR Cooler is a direct replacement EGR cooler for 6.0L and 6.4L Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.0L and 6.4L Powerstroke diesel engine. These are not re-manufactured EGR Cooler kits – AFE builds these all new systems from scratch with 100% stainless steel components, and with TIG welding rather than brazing for added reliability.
BladeRunner EGR Coolers utilize larger than OE diameter tubes with a thicker wall to reduce clogging, extend life and resist failure. Pressure tested at the factory, AFE EGR coolers have heat exchanger tubes with a wall thickness that is more than twice as thick as the OE unit. There are no core charges either with AFE BladeRunner EGR Coolers!
