Over the last half decade, one name has become synonymous with diesel racing and DPF Deletion – H&S Performance. In 2007 the diesel performance world had a huge need. The owners of H&S Performance decide the time was right to build a business dedicated to meeting that need. They started by designing the first ever DPF Delete exhaust system for the 2007.5 + Dodge Ram with the 6.7L Cummins engine. From there they progressed into building tuners that would offer diesel truck owners all the features and power we crave.

The Mini Maxx is the Black Maxx’s little brother. But don’t let the smaller screen size fool you – the Mini Maxx comes with all the same features and tunes as the Black Maxx. The only difference between the two is the size of the screen. And last but not least is the XRT Pro. Although it’s almost half the price of the Black Maxx, the XRT Pro is still packed with all the same race tunes and the ability to delete the DPF, EGR, and SCR system. The XRT Pro doesn’t display engine parameters and is not shift-on-the-fly. Instead, you download the tune you want, then unplug the tuner and keep it handy for the next time you want to change settings.

One feature common to all H&S Performance tuners that has been a major factor in helping them build an overwhelming percentage of dpf-delete tuner market share is that you don’t have to reattach any exhaust sensors when installing a race exhaust system. Nothing needs to be attached to your race exhaust unless you want it to, a feature that many of H&S Performance’s competitors can’t touch.

Although H&S Performance tuners are know for their racing prowess, perhaps not as well known is that all H&S tuners come preloaded with non-race tunes as well. This is a particularly useful feature if like many you want to use you truck as a street legal daily driver with your emissions control equipment intact, yet have the ability to quickly change out your exhaust with race pipes and run a race tune for the times when you’re ready to compete.
