More About AFE
AFE cold air intake systems are engineered for optimum airflow and maximum volumetric efficiency. Huge, high-flow conical air filters are the first step to increased airflow to the engine. Steel heat shields or molded plastic air boxes keep hot air out and fresh, cold air flowing to the filter. Velocity stacks and precision-designed intake tubes provide smooth, uninterrupted airflow to the turbo or throttle body.
AFE’s lineup of cold air intake systems has expanded to include multiple materials and filter media choices, as well as multiple airbox and intake tubing configurations. All these choices give you the opportunity to pick the best cold air intake system and filter material for your specific driving needs and preferences. aFe now offers Stage 1 intakes, Stage 2 intakes, and Stage 2 Si (sealed intake, with completely enclosed filter) intakes. The AFE Bladerunner lineup includes high-capacity differential covers, intake manifolds, and intercoolers. Makers of a sweet line of stainless steel mandrel bent Mach Force XP and Large Bore exhaust systems, AFE gives diesel owners multiple choices in exhaust system configuration, diameter, and flow. And for those AFE exhaust systems that don’t come with an exhaust tip, AFE makes some of the most aggressive and modern looking tips in the business, in a variety of cuts, styles, and materials.
If racing is your thing, AFE makes DPF-delete exhaust systems with or without mufflers and exhaust tips. If you don’t want to replace your entire exhaust system, AFE’s popular dpf-delete race pipes replace only the part of your Duramax LMM/LML, 6.4L & 6.7L Powerstroke, or 6.7L Cummins exhaust that has emissions control equipment. With AFE race pipes you can remove only what you want to you from your late model diesel exhaust system.
AFE also makes a series of performance upgrades for the popular 2.0L and 3.0L VW Jetta and Golf TDI’s!
