A free-flowing DPF-free exhaust and a high-performance race tuner is critical when adding high horsepower to your race or sled truck. Choose from full exhaust systems, or opt for a simple DPF-Delete Pipe. Duramax 6.6L LMM & LML DPF Delete

Programmers that will allow for removal of the Diesel Particulate Filter on your 2007.5 and newer GMC Sierra and Chevy Silverado diesel trucks include the EFI-LIVE Tuner and the economically priced Quadzilla Stealth 2 Tuner. If you want to make insane horsepower the PPE Hot+2 Xcelerator will override all the trouble codes caused by removing the DPF, and give you up to an additional 395 Horsepower and 580 foot lbs. of Torque at the flywheel! Removing the DPF in your Duramax LMM, you can opt to use either a DPF-Delete Pipe, or really upgrade your exhaust and go with a 4-inch or 5-inch Turbo DownPipe-Back exhaust system. When it comes to DPF removal, Duramax owners have almost unlimited choices when it comes to picking an exhaust system. 6.7L Cummins DPF Delete

Programmers that will allow for removal of the Diesel Particulate Filter on your 2007.5 and newer Dodge Ram Trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins power plant include the ever popular Cummins-tuning MADS Electronics Smarty S67ME and Smarty Junior J67ME. H&S Performance makes three programmers for DPF-Delete on your 6.7L Cummins, their popular Black Maxx and Mini Maxx, which come with color monitors and allow for shift-on-the-fly power level changes, and their handheld downloader, the XRT Pro Race Tuner.

When removing the DPF from your Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins, the exhaust system you choose is dictated by your choice of programmer. If you choose a dpf-delete race tuner that requires you to pick an exhaust system with bungs for the oxygen sensor, we recommend the DPF Delete exhaust systems from Advanced Flow Engineering. AFE makes a 4" turbo-back exhaust in Aluminized Steel and 409 Stainless Steel that have the necessary bungs. H&S Performance also makes 4 Inch and 5 Inch exhausts with or without bungs. You won’t need the bungs if the programmer you choose is a Smarty 67ME or an H&S Black Maxx, Mini Maxx or XRT Race Tuner. You can choose from H&S Performance 2-Piece DPF Delete Downpipe race exhaust kits that leave all of your OEM exhaust system intact with the exception of the emissions control equipment which is delete from your Dodge Ram diesel exhaust. 6.4L & 6.7L Powerstroke DPF Delete

In addition to the H&S Performance trio of Black Maxx, Mini Maxx, and XRT Pro Race Tuners, another diesel performance DPF-Delete enabled programmer that will allow for removal of the Diesel Particulate Filter on your 6.4L Ford Powerstroke is SCT’s Off-Road Racing Touch Screen Xtreme programmer.

Ford 6.4L & 6.7L Powerstroke owners wanting to choose an exhaust system for DPF-Delete and Urea Injection or SCR deletion have to pick an exhaust system that is compatible with the programmer they purchase. SCT programmers require bungs for thermocouples and a pressure tap. AFE makes just such an exhaust.
