Product Description:

We knew that you were yearning for real horsepower and torque out of a hand held, and we delivered with the new Xcelerator. This Xcelerator was specifically designed to work on the 2004 & 2005 LLY 6.6L Duramax Diesel truck. Identifying whether there is a LLY or LB7 lurking under the hood can be done easily by checking the eighth digit of the VIN. The eighth digit of the VIN for the new LLY engine will be a two (2). If you happen to locate a one (1) then you have the LB7. Don't worry we can provide power upgrades for either engine platform.

Features of the Xcelerator include up to an additional 140hp and 227ft.-lbs of torque, speedometer corrections (for tire sizes ranging from 25" to 44.75" in 1/4" increments, and/or gear changes from 2.23 to 5.13), and three levels of performance. This unit also retains the stock program so that the truck can be put back to the original settings if the need arises. The Xcelerator also increases the efficiency of the vehicle, which increases fuel mileage (2-3mpg on average). The Xcelerator also defuels for upshifts and down shifts in order to allow transmission to engage into next gear without the need for extreme transmission modifications.

Note that this unit does not remove the REV limiter. This feature is only available on the standard Xcelerator and Hot Xclelerator versions.

In addition to being an all-star in the world of performance, the Xcelerator is also capable of reading and clearing Data Trouble Codes (DTC) through the OBD II port. Xcelerator can reset the Allison(TM) transmission for "Fast Learn" operation to begin.

Program levels 1 thru 4 will remove fuel (defuel) from engine during shifts as needed to keep an un-modified transmission from slipping.

In order to insure that you are getting the best product available, we have tested this product off-road, in the desert, the 1/4 mile drag strip, the Rocky Mountains , and in the dyno room. You can also stack the LLY Xcelerator with the Duramax Enforcer for even greater results.
