ARP Bolts and Diesel Head Studs
Are you looking to overcome head gasket failures? Industry leader of diesel head studs ARP has introduced extra heavy-duty diesel head studs for the popular Ford, Dodge and GM diesel powerplants. Here at Parley's Diesel Performance we carry a full line of ARP Bolts and Head Studs. These ARP diesel head studs are rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength, and provide the clamping force required to keep cylinder heads from lifting due to higher combustion pressures.
The ARP diesel head studs are manufactured in ARP's Santa Paula, CA plant from proprietary ARP 2000 material, with threads rolled after heat-treat to provide optimum fatigue strength. The ARP Bolts are centerless ground to assure perfect concentricity. The ends of the arp bolts head studs are broached to facilitate easy installation. This feature also enables the cylinder head to be removed in tight quarters. Also included in each ARP Bolt kit are heat-treated, chrome-moly steel 12-point nuts and parallel-ground washers. The ARP Bolts are black oxide finished for extra durability.
In order to ensure optimum quality control for their head studs, bolts, and other products, ARP has grown to be exceptionally self-reliant and now controls all aspects of the manufacturing process. All operations on bolts, head studs, and other products are performed in-house and closely monitored. This is how ARP has been able to establish a reputation for “zero defects” quality for its bolts, head studs, and other products.
