Programmers. Hypertech Power Programmers offer safe, powerful,
performance enhancement. The most critical factors for towing are Power,
Safety and Legality. Hypertech solves all of these by delivering the most
powerful, safest, street-legal tuning available for towing. Other tuners may
claim big power gains but they aren't safe for towing. Some tuning also comes
with disclaimers or requires a transfer of liability to the customer.
Hypertech tuning does not cause this problem. Diesels are made for towing.
Hypertech's
Power Programmer for diesels delivers the most powerful street-legal
tuning available for towing the maximum loads allowed by vehicle
manufacturers! Some "Off-Road-Only" tuning products might make slightly more
power than Hypertech, but may require users to sign a warranty disclaimer or
agree not to use the tuning for towing. Plus, many of these products are not

towing, even at the highest horsepower gains. Diesel owners can safely
choose one of three different levels of performance on their Hypertech
Programmer. Each level has been developed by Hypertech to allow sustained
operation while towing the maximum allowable gross combined weight rating
(GCWR) suggested by the vehicle manufacturer. Hypertech's Stage 3 Power Tuning
delivers the best performance under virtually all driving conditions.
While most people will choose Hypertech's Stage 3 tuning for the maximum gain,
Hypertech's Stage 2 and Stage 1 are calibrated for the conservative driver.
