At Parleys Diesel Performance we care about our customers and their diesel performance and diesel part needs. If you get your product and there appears to be anything that happened during shipping you will need to contact us within five business days. If for any other reason you decide to return your diesel performance parts or other diesel parts you must return it within 30 days of your initial purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be applied or you will be able to exchange for other products within 30 days also, with the requirement that the product you purchased is unopened.
There will be a restocking fee of 6% of your order amount as soon as your credit card has been charged due to processing fees etc.. If you decide you dont want a product before it gets to you but has been shipped the full 20% restocking fee will be charged. If an item is erroneously sent, and an item is sent as a replacement, the purchaser acknowledges that they will return the wrongly sent item or be charged the list price on the site for the item if not returned within 30 days of the reciept of the second package. Low Price Guarantee is restricted by MAP policies of the different manufacturers. If you have questions on pricing give us a call.
Each manufacturer is different so if the products your purchase become defective their return policies are as follows.
Signature Required: Due to certain dishonest patrons we are now requiring signatures on orders, if this will be a problem let us know as you order. Also, even if you say that you dont want a signature required if UPS and the other delivery services have had problems with theft in your area they will not leave the package.
Performance Chips- For Hand held Programmers by Superchips, Diablo Sports, Hypertech and BD there is a lifetime guarantee. If there are any flaws in the manufacturing or programming return the programmer to us and we will replace it. You can return them within five business days for a full money back return if after we test it it shows that it has not been connected to a vehicle. For Diesel Performance Chips by Edge Products, there is a two year guarantee for manufacturing or programming flaws.
Diesel Injection Pumps- All diesel injection pumps purchased from Parleys Diesel Performance have a 12 month unlimited mile warranty. If you have any troubles let us know. Warranties will be voided if the seals are broken or appear to be tampered with in any way. Warranties will also be voided if by water damage is found in our diesel injection pumps when you return them. Return of core charge is based on you returning a rebuildable core, meaning that it is not seized and that there is no water damage. If core is not rebuildable core charge cannot be refunded.
Turbo Chargers- All of our turbo charges including the Ball Buster Turbo Kit are backed by a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. The conditions on which warranties are voided on turbo chargers and turbo charger kits are voided are if the seals are broken or tampered with in any way also, if we find that there is oil contamination.
Turbo Charger Repairs and Diesel Injection Pump Repairs- All full overhaul or complete rebuilds are covered by the warranties as stated in the above categories. All partial rebuilds or repairs will not be warrantied.
