The Super PhatShaft series was designed for trucks that have multiple fueling upgrades used to tow large loads and trucks that frequent the track. Super PhatShaft turbochargers are available in three compressor sizes; 62mm. 64mm and 66mm. All three compressors have extended tip technology.
What makes the SuperPhat turbos special is the 71mm exducer exhaust wheel and modified exhaust housing. Industrial Injection spent over a year researching and developing the 71mm turbine to handle the aggressive fueling demands of diesel customers. From this research the Super Phaft Shaft Series of turbochargers was born. Industrial Injection was the first to develop the 71mm large exhaust wheel for their turbochargers and in doing so set the standard for the rest of the turbo industry.
The large exhaust wheel improves performance for 2 reasons; first, it lets the exhaust gasses expel from the charger more efficiently reducing cylinder backpressure and lowering EGT’s. Second, it accelerates rotor speed to optimize compressor speed for more mid to top end performance. The wastegate has custom dual over-sized passages and a wastegate spacer plate for maximum efficiency. Like all PhatShaft turbochargers it is equipped with dual grooved bearings and an adjustable boost elbow.
An HX40 2nd Gen. downpipe with clamp is required for installation on all Super PhatShaft turbos for the 2nd Generation 5.9L 12V and 24V Cummins.

Super PhatShaft 62
- The Super Phat Shaft 62 was designed for trucks that have multiple fueling upgrades used to tow large loads. It features a 62mm extended tip compressor wheel but what makes the Super Phat Shaft 62 special is the 71mm exducer exhaust wheel and modified exhaust housing. The wastegate has custom dual over-sized passages and a wastegate spacer plate for maximum efficiency. Like all Phat Shaft turbochargers it is equipped with dual grooved bearings and an adjustable boost elbow. The Super Phat Shaft 62 can support up to 600hp.
Super PhatShaft 64
- The Super PhatShaft 64 was designed for trucks that have multiple fueling upgrades. The 64 was built for trucks that are on the bubble between towing and racing. It features a 64mm extended top compressor wheel but what makes the Super PhatShaft 64 special is the 71mm exducer exhaust wheel and modified exhaust housing. The wastegate has custom dual oversized passages and a wastegate spacer plate for maximum efficiency. Like all PhatShaft turbochargers it is equipped with dual grooved bearings and an adjustable boost elbow. The Super PhatShaft 64 can support up to 650hp.
Super PhatShaft 66
- The Super Phat Shaft 66 was designed for trucks that have multiple fueling and is a high performance charger. This turbo put Industrial Injection on the map. It features a 66mm extended tip compressor wheel but what makes the Super Phat Shaft 66 special is the 71mm exducer exhaust wheel and modified exhaust housing. The wastegate has custom dual oversized passages and a wastegate spacer plate for maximum effiency. Like all Phat Shaft turbochargers it is equipped with dual grooved bearings and an adjustable boost elbow. The Super Phat Shaft 66 can support up to 750hp.

- All returns or exchanges must be inspected by Industrial Injection before Parleys Diesel Performance can exchange an item or a credit can be issued.
- Some returns may carry a restock fee up to 15%.
- We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date on the invoice.
- We can not accept returns or exchanges on any parts that have been installed.
- If you receive an order from us that has been damaged during the shipping process, you must file a claim with the freight carrier as soon as possible. Always save the original packing materials for inspection.
