Industrial Injection has supplied the diesel performance industry with the best high performance fuel injection components and turbochargers on the market for over 25 years. Owner/founder Brady Williams started Industrial Injection as a one man show, primarily as an agricultural and industrial fuel shop servicing construction, agricultural, mining equipment and over the road truck engines.
From the beginning their focus was on helping farmers, truckers and miners with horse power gains, fuel economy and reduced emissions. When Ford, Dodge and GM decided to power pickup trucks with diesel engines Industrial was quick to recognize the needs that would come and adapted their business model to service this new and growing diesel market segment. Today Industrial Injection utilizes their extensive experience in conjunction with advanced technology and a strong desire to lead diesel innovation to create diesel performance products for true diesel enthusiasts.

Industrial Injection Core Charge Policy
What is a Core Charge? On many of the items we sell, we must collect a refundable “Core Charge” at the time of your purchase. This generally includes items such as injection pumps, injectors, some turbochargers, etc.
“Core” is actually an acronym for “Cash On Return”. Cores are re-buildable parts that can usually be redeemed for a portion of their original purchase price. An acceptable core is one that is not broken or so severely damaged beyond repair that it can no longer be repaired and rebuilt to proper working condition.
A “Core Charge” is a deposit for the value of the core that is paid at the time you make the purchase. The Core Charge is refundable after the product manufacturer receives your old re-buildable core back.
To receive full core credit, the core you return must be the same model and part number as what was purchased. There is generally not a problem with core refunds. But, if you are unsure if your core will meet our core return policy, then please call us before you place your order.
Cores should be shipped back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase in the original container that the new / rebuilt part was received in. The shipping cost for the return of the core is your responsibility. Please include the original packing slip or shipping label as it identifies your Core Return Number.
To expedite your core charge return, please email us your shipment tracking number by Clicking Here
Once the manufacturer inspects the returned core part, they will issue a refund to us. Within two business days we will then issue a refund to your original credit card or PayPal account. You will receive an email notifying you that your account was credited at the time of core refund.
