In the 2007.5-2012 RAM 6.7L Cummins, the intake manifold is the last chance to add vital boost. Compared to the stock intake, the Maxx Flow allows for significantly more dense, cool air. H&S’s free-flowing, expert design is head and shoulders above the stock intake manifold from start to finish. Take a look at the differences:

Note the constant, smooth flowing design of the Maxx Flow compared to the stock intake. This allows for less turbulence and more air to be packed into the turbo. The stock’s intake has a stretched, thin inlet — while the Maxx Flow has a wider, rounder inlet. This has the same effect on the incoming air as the over-all design of the intakes: the stock’s design draws the air turbulently through, in an inefficient manner; while the Maxx Flow’s design allows for much denser, cooler air — just what a diesel turbo needs for extra kick and faster response! In fact, without hooking up any nitrous or methanol to the Maxx Flow’s ports or nozzles, this intake was able to easily put down 440HP and 1100ft-lb torque while using an H&S XRT Tuner and 5" turbo-back exhaust — and this was with the XRT set to stock settings! The HP and torque increases the Maxx Flow intake manifold are capable of seem boundless once combined with everything this power-house has been engineered from the start to work with. Bring On the Power — indeed!

How to complete this H&S manifold masterpiece? Are you ready to push your 6.7L Cummins air intake to its possible limits? Then consider adding an H&S Performance 4" Boost Tube to replace the cold side intercooler pipe, post intercooler. With 4" Mandrel Bent piping, bead rolled edges for a secure connection and a matching powder coated gloss black finish — the H&S 4" Boost Tube was made to compliment the Maxx Flow from inception. Oh, yeah, it also provides massive increases over stock. Massive as in up to 45% increase in flow, up to +20HP and up to an additional +61ft-lb torque ~ 1750 RPM.

• Any device removing the EGR will engage the Check Engine Light unless installed in conjunction with an H&S tuner — XRT Pro, Mini Maxx, or Black Maxx
• H&S recommends an EGR Cooler Delete, 301003 for 2007.5-2008 and 301005 for 2009-2012, be used in conjunction with the Maxx Flow intake manifold.
