Designed for closed-course racing, the Mini Maxx allows the removal of the DPF and ALL related sensors if desired. The Mini Maxx comes preloaded with both DPF Present & DPF Removed tuning modes. The entire EGR system, including cooler, can be removed — or simply switched off — without removing any parts (See note below). With four different power levels, experience rear wheel horse-power increases up to +175 over stock!

The H&S Mini Maxx Tuner is an actual mini-computer designed to plug right into the brain of your Chevy/GMC 6.6L Duramax LMM. Once connected, it allows direct communication and override of many factory default settings from inside your cabin. Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes, recalibrate your speedometer or your ABS system, use large non-stock tires or gearing. The Mini Maxx puts you in control of your truck — and updating it is easy. Simply check online for updates, new features & free custom tunes!
Using the Mini Maxx interface you can monitor up to 16 parameters in real-time. From TC Lock Status(Auto) to Fuel Rail Pressure (ICP) and Intake Air Temp. Other Chevy/GMC 6.6L Duramax LMM parameters available to monitor:
- CURRENT POWER LEVEL
- PYRO 1 & 2
- BOOST PRESSURE
- COOLANT TEMPERATURE
- THROTTLE PERCENTAGE
- TRANSMISSION TEMP. (AUTO)
- LOAD PERCENTAGE
- DEFUELING STATUS

The Pyrometer connection is NOT necessary for the Mini Maxx to function correctly. It is used for gauge display and for one of the defueling parameters. It will NOT harm your truck to run without a pyrometer probe installed. H&S Performance does, of course, recommend purchasing one for the 6.6L Duramax LMM so you can monitor your Exhaust Gas Temperatures and set your defuel levels based on EGTs.
This is a Race Only product used solely for competition. Its use is limited to closed-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off-road use, could be in violation of local, state and federal laws.
Note: Removing the EGR system in the 6.6L Duramax LMM is not currently code free, an error code will be thrown and can be cleared through the Mini Maxx console. Updates for this will be posted here.
Please Note: This tuner requires the use of a race exhaust system.
