The 301002 EGR Delete kit is designed to remove the EGR actuator & assembly from your 6.7 Cummins Pickup. It fits all 2007.5 – 2012 Dodge 6.7 Cummins Pickup and Cab & Chassis models. Made of 100% Billet aluminum the EGR block-off plate is engineered to stand up to the extreme stress of off-road racing. When you pop the hood, you’ll be pleased at the way this kit cleans up the engine bay – get’s rid of the crossover tube plug and features H&S’s distinguished EGR block-off plate. The 2007.5-2012 6.7L Cummins are stock-equipped with an EGR system that re-circulates spent exhaust gasses back through the motor. This reduces the amount of fuel burned and power extracted by the piston. When used with one of H&S’s tuners — XRT, Mini Maxx, or Black Maxx — this kit will allow the complete code free removal of the EGR & features 100% billet aluminum. Designed for those wanting to clean up the engine bay and remove unnecessary hardware. The pictures below show the engine bay before and after installation.

This high performance exhaust is intended solely for closed-course racing use and is not street legal in ANY state. This exhaust system cannot be used on any vehicles registered or certified for highway use. Please check your local, state, & federal laws before purchasing. The EGR Delete system 301002 is not legal for sale or use in the state of California.

H&S EGR Delete Kit 301002 will fit:
