The aFe Magnum Force Cold Air Intake Stage One for the 00-04.5 Jetta and Golf TDI features a powder-coated housing which blocks out engine heat to insure cold air induction. This aFe Cold Air Intake for the Jetta & Golf has a high flow conical air filter for maximum air flow. This TDi Cold Air Intake gives an additional 9 HP and 14 foot pounds of torque which is approximately an additional 10% increase in power. When combined with other performance products you’ll get even more out of your aFe TDi Cold Air Intake.

A STAGE 1 AFE Cold Air Intake System has an air filter element which is exposed or only partially covered. It comes with a one-piece heat shield / air box and uses the stock intake tract. aFe Warranty

aFe OE replacement filters are warranted against manufacturer defects for as long as you own the vehicle and it is properly maintained using our filter cleaning kit. Our universal clamp on air filters and air intake kits are warranted against manufacturer defects for 2 years. Our racing filters are warranted against manufacturer defects for 1 year. All warranty is contingent on proper installation and proper maintenance using our restore kit. All other aFe products such as our exhaust systems, intake manifolds and intercoolers have a 2-year warranty.
