The Resonated Turbine Mufflers have a built-in resonator — before Aero’s patented Air Foil technology — lined with high-temperature ceramic packing, ensuring a tempered exhaust tone with minimal effect on Aero’s famed performance increases. The Aero Turbine is based on jet engine and thermal-dynamic technology. The incoming exhaust airstream is rapidly expanded and split via an airfoil cone with an orifice similar to a jet engine. The outer airstream accelerates as it recombines with the inner airstream. The air then begins to spin, due to the velocity and air transfers. The recombining of the airstream creates a vacuum that both muffles the exhaust sound and increases the exhaust flow. This allows your engine to breath more easily and dramatically increases your vehicles performance.

The AT3030XL is appropriate for use on all trucks and SUVs with 2.75" to 3" exhaust pipes. Trucks or SUV’s with stock 2 1/4" and 2" 1/2 exhaust pipe systems can easily be adjusted up to 3" on the inlet with a new 3" exit pipe on the outlet.
