AFE Stage 2 Diesel Intake $25 Rebate

Purchase any aFe Power Stage 2 diesel air intake system and receive a $25 rebate directly from aFe Power. Listed below are the program details.

• Purchase any aFe Power Stage 2 diesel intake system from 1-15-2013 through 3-31-2013.
• Fill out the AFE rebate form completely and send it to AFE with a copy of your original Parleys Diesel Performance purchase receipt. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Rebates will be sent 4-6 weeks after receipt of rebate form.
• All $25 rebate submissions must be received by May 31, 2013
• Submit the completed form and copy of original purchase receipt via email, mail or fax to:
